一、开发项目工程师

职位描述：

1.         摄像头模组工程项目经理(EPM)推进设计、开发。确保模组与客户手机产品的成功整合，协助模组的选型，流程管理，项目推进和供应商管理；

2.         EPM需要具备交叉职能工作能力，能够充分协调硬件(HW)，软件(SW)，机械工程和制造部门的工作，为事业部设计，制造高品质的摄像头模组；

3.         作为与客户的接口模组，EPM需要定义和推进产品计划，并致力于为客户提供最高品质模组，在组织中宣导零件事业部的核心价值；

4.         成功的候选人有组织和架构能力，对内部和外部供应商有适当的影响能力，具备在光学、图像、相机模组、传感器或手机系统中一项或多项经验，有项目管理经验者优先。

技能和经验：

1.         机械工程，电子工程或物理专业本科；

2.         5+年工作经验 ；

3.         2+ 担任团队主管或经理；

4.         有OEM/ODM经验；

5.         对大批量制造和测试制程有见解；

6.         有能力与供应商维持积极的关系；

7.         需要有较强的演示和沟通技巧；

8.         对摄影、数字图像和消费电子产品充满热情。

附加要求：

1.         熟悉CMOS传感器和SOCs

2.         有丰富的光学和和镜头设计知识

3.         摄像头模组设计，开发或项目管理经验

4.         手机系统设计，整合和制造经验

岗位职责：

1.         负责模组的准时交付，促进风险管理和部门间沟通协调；

2.         助产品市场调研，规划，定义，实施以及开发进度管理；

3.         致力于产品的用户需求；

4.         负责产品ID、规格、功能、成本的管理。

二、软件工程师

Preferred Candidate：

1.         Be self-motivated, independent and proactive.

2.         Ability to work well in a collaborative, highly cross-functional and fast pace environment. Experience in any of the following scripting languages will be good: python, Lua, ruby, R, perl w/Ruby, clojure, F# etc...

3.         Experience in software development with Unix system and network protocols will be great. Knowledge in ARM, Simulation, Signal processing and Image processing, Error handling, Mac OSX internals, Database programming and fundamentals is a plus Familiar with Camera Module design/operation/test, CMOS image sensor technology, lens operation, knowledge of implementation of cameras into mobile products is a strong plus.

4.         Education: Bachelors of Science, CS

Job Function:      

1.         QCT Multimedia Camera System group creates embedded camera and imaging solutions for Qualcomm chipsets that power todays most advanced mobile devices.

2.         With dedicated hardware, multi-core processors and GPU, QCT imaging solutions achieve state of the art video/photo quality, and also target applications requiring image understanding, object detection/recognition and augmented reality.

3.         We are seeking Systems Engineers with demonstrable knowledge and hands-on experience in image tuning, color optimization, de-noise and sharpening filter optimization, image quality analysis, trouble shooting.

Responsibilities:   

Camera image pipeline tuning optimization including denoise and sharpening filter designing

• Image quality tuning on device and using software simulator.

• Trouble shooting image quality issues on device

• Color optimization for deep gamut colors.

Skills/Experience:       

Candidates with strong analytic and problem solving skills with background and experience in implementation are preferred. Candidates should have expertise in the following areas:

• Strong image processing background with good understanding of denoise and sharpening filtering designs

• Camera pipeline processing

• Color science and engineering

• Statistics and data analysis

• Machine learning

• Matlab/C programming

• Computer vision/graphics

Education Requirements:          

Required: Master's, Imaging/Color Engineering and/or Electrical Engineering, and/or related field

Preferred: Doctorate, Imaging/Color Engineering and/or Electrical Engineering, and/or related field
