职责：负责外资银行分支机构的选址、设计、装修等工程项目管理
要求：1、熟悉工程建设、装修设计和施工管理
2、确保工程项目的质量、进度和成本等要求
3、制订能源节约和环保等优化方案并实施
4、精通项目管理，国际项目经理IPMP证书优先
5、日常运行维护管理和技术支持
6、英文要求熟练读写，不要求口头英语熟练。
7、薪酬：1.5-1.8万/月，可面议

1. To conduct site inspection to existing premises and spot for any defects in relating to facility management and rectification of all those defects.
2. To plan for the maintenance program of the bank premises.
3. To ensure all maintenance contracts are executed efficiently to the best interest of the Bank.
4. To co-ordinate with consultants, external parties and specialists to executed all facility management program.
5. To provide energy saving planning to management to achieve green environment of the bank.
6. To conduct cost control in all aspects of works and program to the best interest of the bank.
7. To monitor the works are carried out as per schedule.
8. To maintain updated as-built drawings of the bank.
9. To provide support to the branch/sub-branches to solve their facility management issues.
10. To work with others teams for any interface work between different functions.
