Asia       sourcing is of vital part of ICS overall targets/strategies of growth.

The main       tasks are to contribute to reduce overall cost position of ICS global       operation; to source good quality/price competitive OEM products to       support ICS global sales, especially, ICS footprint to be marketleader in       China.

 

Job       description

·               100% responsible and       accountable for ICS sourcing in Asian region

o          Contribute to define ICS       China sourcing targets & strategies

§  Focus on implementation in line with defined priorities       & KPI

§  Develop and continuously improve supplier base: open,       competitive and sustainable

§  ICS sourcing supplier/project development, and build up       & renew pipeline

§  Regular communications on plans, progression, key issues,       and results

§  Negotiations on agreements & improvements

 

*ICS: in       full name, it is Indoor Climate Solutions. it is one of major four       business areas in Danfoss Heat Solutions Division. It provides the       customers with heating/cooling solutions via the state to art       technologies of heat pump, floor heating and ventilation. It is one of       Danfoss Group three strategic adjacencies (together with Solar Energy and       Micro-Channel HEX) which are with obvious potential of being fast growing       & profitable in coming years, and Danfoss focuses to bring them in to       “Real”.

 

Qualifications       and Work Experience

§  Strong competences and experiences in procurement       (>5years working experiences)

§  Grasp essences of Danfoss contractual requirements to       negotiate & establish agreements.

§  Good knowledge about markets development and take the good       for the sourcing

·               Strong skills to present       business cases, plan, key issues and result

o          Good in use of SAP, MS       applications (PPT, Excel, Word etc.)

§  Focuses on suppliers/projects development

§  Fluent use of English in both oral and writings

§  Good at driving the change and make situational approach

§  Good mindset and skills of communication & coordination

§  Must be able to prioritise

§  Customer and result focus

§  High drive
